Cory Whitfield

Cory has over 30 years of theater and dance experience. He attended the Jenny Lumb School of Dance and choreographed a national Dr. Pepper commercial. Cory was a dance instructor for the Rose Bowl in 1976, and a dance instructor at The Oaks at Ojai. Cory has produced and directed over a dozen different theatrical productions, including Godspell, Annie, My Turn On Earth, Grease, South Pacific, and many more. He has participated in theatrical productions as an actor, dancer and as a choreographer. Cory has been a board member of three community theatres, and has the experience necessary to bring Theater Works to a new level of community theatre.
Ted Whitfield

Ted Whitfield has been practicing accounting for over forty years. Currently he operates his own accounting practice in Bakersfield, California. His clientele include small to medium sized businesses and organizations. Some of his clientele are businesses in Arizona.
One of Mr. Whitfield's duties is to oversee the financial dealings of Theater Works and ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with the governing body of the board, the rules of the I.R.S. and other government agencies.
Mr. Whitfield has been teaching college on a part time basis for over 34 years and is currently a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Bakersfield College. Some of the courses he teaches are Accounting, Personal Money Management, Investments, How to Own and Operate A Small Business, and Management.
Mr. Whitfield will also have other duties with Theater Works, and has always been a big supporter of the arts.
Rhonda Whitfield

Rhonda's background consists of 25 years of management, payroll and customer service experience. In conjunction with Mr. Whitfield's advice, Rhonda will be the treasurer of Theater Works.
Rhonda is Cory's biggest supporter of his dream to make the community a better place by giving people of all ages the opportunity to learn, grow and have the time of their lives while they participate in Theater Works.
Rhonda's artistic talent remains behind the stage. She loves to help build sets, paint and is always willing to be available to step in and help out wherever she is needed.
Rhonda is truly an asset to Theater Works, and brings joy and happiness with her.
